You agree to use our site lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt, exploit, or gain unauthorised access to it or any connected system. Our CTF and games are provided for education on assets we own; do not target systems you do not own or have permission to test.

2. Services

Security engagements are governed by a separate written agreement and rules of engagement. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer until a signed contract is in place.

3. Academy

Academy accounts are personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Certificates certify completion of the stated course and may be verified publicly. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Intellectual property

All content, branding, course materials, and software on this site are owned by TechBiz Security or its licensors and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

5. Acceptable conduct

You may not misuse the academy content to harm others, share paid materials without authorisation, or submit unlawful content via forms, comments, or assignments.

6. Disclaimers

Educational content is provided "as is" for learning purposes and does not guarantee specific outcomes. Security is a continuous process; no assessment guarantees the absence of all vulnerabilities.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechBiz Security is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site or free content. Liability for paid engagements is governed by the relevant contract.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
