Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and TechBiz Security, Abdullah Center, Office 09, Multan, Punjab 60000, Pakistan ("we", "us", "our"), and govern your use of the mobile game Arrow Unwind: Tap Away Puzzle (the "Game"). By downloading, installing or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

1. Eligibility

The Game is intended for users aged 13 and over. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Game only with the involvement of a parent or guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for any purchases made.

2. Licence

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to download and use the Game on Android devices that you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. The Game, including its levels, puzzles, artwork, sounds, software and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors and is licensed, not sold, to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

These Terms apply in addition to the Google Play Terms of Service. If there is a conflict regarding your use of Google Play, Google's terms govern your relationship with Google.

3. Virtual items

• The Game includes virtual items such as coins and hints, which you can earn by playing, receive as rewards (for example by choosing to watch a rewarded ad) or obtain through in-app purchases.
• Virtual items are a limited licence to use a feature of the Game. They have no cash or monetary value, are not your property, and cannot be redeemed, refunded, sold, traded or transferred for money, real goods or anything of value, inside or outside the Game, except as required by law.
• Virtual items are stored on your device. If you uninstall the Game or clear its data without an Android backup, your progress and balances of coins and hints may be lost and cannot be recovered by us. Non-consumable purchases (such as Remove Ads) can be restored through Google Play on the same Google account.
• We may change, rebalance or discontinue features, prices of virtual items in coins, or rewards, to keep the Game fair and working.

4. Purchases

• In-app purchases are optional. All payments are processed by Google Play using your Google account. Google's terms of sale and privacy policy apply; we do not receive your payment details.
• Prices are shown in the Game and on Google Play before you confirm a purchase, and may vary by country and include applicable taxes.
• "Remove Ads" removes banner and interstitial ads. Optional rewarded ads remain available if you choose to watch them. One-per-account offers (such as the Starter Pack) can be bought once per Google account.
• Consumable items (such as coin packs) are delivered when the purchase is confirmed and are used up as you spend them.
• If a purchase does not arrive, restart the Game while connected to the internet, or contact us at support@techbiz-sec.com with your Google Play order number (it starts with "GPA.").

5. Refunds

Refunds are handled by Google Play under Google Play's refund policies. You can request a refund through Google Play. Where we are able to, we may also issue refunds through the Google Play Console at our discretion. If a purchase is refunded or reversed, the related virtual items or benefits may be removed. Nothing in these Terms limits any right to a refund that you have under the consumer law of your country.

6. Ads

The Game is free to play and shows ads served by Google AdMob, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not control the content of third-party ads and are not responsible for products or services advertised by third parties.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer or create derivative works of the Game, except to the extent the law expressly permits;
• use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks or modified versions of the Game, or tamper with game data, purchases or ad mechanisms;
• generate fraudulent ad impressions or clicks, or obtain virtual items or purchases through fraud, chargeback abuse or unauthorized payment methods;
• rent, sell, distribute or commercially exploit the Game or its content;
• use the Game in any way that breaks the law or infringes the rights of others.

We may suspend or end your licence if you breach these Terms.

8. Updates and availability

We may release updates that add, change or remove features, and some updates may be required to keep playing. We may stop offering or supporting the Game at any time. The Game works offline, but ads and purchases require an internet connection.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled in connection with the Game.

10. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that progress will never be lost.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: (a) we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, progress, virtual items, profits or goodwill, arising from or related to the Game; and (b) our total liability for all claims relating to the Game will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for in-app purchases in the Game in the 12 months before the claim arose, or USD 10.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

12. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Game.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction over disputes, unless the mandatory consumer protection laws of the country where you live give you the right to bring a claim in your local courts or under your local law. Before bringing a claim, please contact us at support@techbiz-sec.com so we can try to resolve it informally.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms at https://techbiz-sec.com/arrow-unwind/terms and update the "Last updated" date. If you continue to use the Game after the changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.

15. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a transfer of the Game. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Game.
